By accessing or using the NovaPixel website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NovaPixel LLC provides custom software development, AI applications, SaaS development, business automation, and related digital services. The specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate service agreement between NovaPixel and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership of the custom software and deliverables created specifically for them. NovaPixel retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used during development.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. NovaPixel reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose client details, project specifications, or business information without explicit consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
